The things some people will notice are sometimes interesting to me. One person might recognize certain details that someone else might totally disregard. I can't help but wonder if what we notice is a reflection of who we are.
When something doesn't voluntarily pop out at you for your attention, but still you spend time thinking about it, were you looking for it? If not, maybe you stumbled across it. Yet, you still stopped to wonder about it. Where I live, it hardly ever rains. The first time it rains each year I always run outside, pull out my camera, and splash in the puddles as if I'm still a child. Why? Because it's special, rare, and therefore, I wonder about it. However, if you live in a place where rain is common, you might wonder about the 100-degree weather we get here. I suppose you could say the grass is greener on the other side, but I like the other saying better: the grass is greener where you water it. That also applies to what you wonder about.
