Your problem is probably not what you think it is.
The issue you're currently facing might only be a distraction from the real problem.
If Evil could distract you with Distraught, would it?
Evil might spare its life by throwing anything else at you. Evil is easy to recognize. It's easy to hate and easy to avoid.
But Distraught, Anger, Sorrow, and Entitlement are just a few of Evil's slaves. They come forth at full speed and at very precise moments.
It's not easy to feel peaceful when you're distraught.
It's not easy to be thankful when you want to be angry.
It's not easy to rejoice when you'd rather feel sorrowful.
It's not easy to give when you don't technically have to.
The list goes on and on, but the truth still stands.
Evil is the enemy. Call it what it is. Take a step back and look at the whole picture. What if your problem is just a symptom of something else bigger?
