Be Open For Criticism

Maybe it’s not always bad to care what others think of you. Actually, maybe it’s not bad at all. Maybe it only becomes a bad thing when you decide to accept their opinions as truth.
You’re awesome, and I can prove it. Everyone’s different, that means that you’re special, you’re interesting, and you have something unique to offer the world that no one else does. It’s for this reason that there’s people watching what you do. There might even be strangers that have heard about you. They might not know your name or what you look like, but if that’s the case then what do you think they know about you? These kind of questions might not be harmful to ask, but they might get you to consider your actions.

The people that are closest to you can know more about how you develop, but complete strangers can tell you how you appear to others initially. But the thing is, if you’re on a journey to do something big, most of the people you’re going to come across will be strangers. So what do you think the world sees, when they see you?

Whatever you think that is, don’t be quick to think it’s true. Even if you think it’s a good thing. My main point here is that it’s okay to take criticism. I think we’ve grown to value our own opinions more than caring for what others have to say.
