Our thoughts have a huge impact on how we behave throughout the day. Even if it's passive, or not verbally spoken, it will still affect you. These are phrases that I tell myself on a daily basis. At first, it was uncomfortable because I didn't actually believe any of it. But, with repetition, it will become more natural. Nothing can stop me.
I'm good enough for the task. There's a way around this issue. It will be fine. If they're concerned about what I'm doing, they should get a life. I will turn this challenge into an opportunity to reach my goals. I'm excited about the next step, even if it's new to me. I want to know more. I can do it a better way. I'm thankful even when it's difficult.
